• App information, such as app version and installation data

• IP address and approximate location derived from it

• Usage data, such as features used, game progress, in-app activity, and interactions with ads

• Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data

Information Accessed With Your Permission

Certain features may ask for access to your camera, photo library, microphone, location, or notifications. We access these only after you grant permission and only for the related feature. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Purchase and Subscription Information

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive transaction details such as the product purchased, date, and subscription status.

3. AI Processing

Some features require content such as photos, videos, audio, or text to be processed by artificial intelligence systems. Such content may be transmitted to trusted third-party infrastructure and AI service providers solely for the purpose of providing the requested feature. Where required, we will inform you and ask for your permission before your content is shared with a third-party AI service.

We do not sell uploaded content and do not use it to identify you. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general, informational, or entertainment purposes only.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Some of our Services are supported by advertising. We work with advertising partners who may collect device identifiers, IP address, and information about your interactions with ads in order to deliver, measure, and, where permitted, personalize ads.

• Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before using your information for personalized advertising.

• On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

• You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, and you can change your consent choices where an in-app option is provided.

If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and subscription management providers

• AI infrastructure providers

• Advertising and marketing measurement partners

• App stores and payment providers

• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants

• Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property

Where available, you may also delete your account from within the app. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Our games

Our games do not ask for your name, email or contacts. To run our games, show ads and improve them, the games and the services below collect (depending on the game):

• device and advertising identifiers (IDFV and, only if you allow tracking, IDFA),

• in-game activity (levels played, items used, ads watched),

• purchases,

• crash reports,

• approximate location derived from your IP address (by the ad provider).

Your choices:

• Tracking: On iOS you can allow or deny tracking when the game asks, and change it any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

• Ad consent: If you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or a US state with a privacy law, you can change your ad consent in the game's settings (Privacy choices).

• Data deletion: To ask for your data to be deleted, contact us at the support address in the game's Settings.

We do not sell your personal data, and our games are not directed at children under 13.
